Update: Just to clear up some feedback about this post... I did not contact any of the above designers before posting this... these were just some top choices... I went with Jessica because she regularly visits and comments on my blog so I felt as though she understood more about what my blog was "all about". I would have been lucky to have any of the designers do my blog.
