Beantown Was Great!

We are back!

Well, we have been back for awhile but I have been a big bloggy slacker

Here are some things we did while in Boston:

• JFK library
• Sam Adams Brewery
• Red Sox Game
• Duck Tour
• lots of subway riding
• visited all the festivals/markets

1. Kathie, I am so sorry about the guest post I was supposed to do for you. I am beyond mortified at myself and I hope you can forgive me!

2. Black Labs and Lilly, I am sorry we didn't get the chance to meet IRL while I was in Boston. I hope I do get to meet you one day! I promise I will be back to Beantown in the near future!!

3. Everyone else, I promise I will be better about visiting your blogs (and writing on mine!). Sometimes life just gets hectic and I'm sure ya'll all understand that!!

Heading North

Back from Hilton Head Island... but I'm still on vacation!

Now we're heading to Boston. I can't wait for the food, fun, and cooler weather!!

Vacation is all I ever wanted

Some of ya'll were wondering where I stayed last weekend on vacation.

The answer: Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort in South Carolina

Who knew that Disney had a vacation spot in SC? Well its super fun and super cute. Although I did not see Mickey Mouse, it still "felt" like you were at a Disney place

They also gave me a room with an awesome view of the marshes...

And yes, I realize that I am SUPER pale -- yikes! I tried to work on that a little bit while I was there... but instead of tan, I just got pink (even underneath the UMBRELLA).

The views at night were amazing. I ate dinner outside so I could enjoy this while I dined:

I also did some GREAT shopping but will post about that later!

It was a great (and much needed) relaxing vacation. Thanks to my mom for letting me use her "points" to get this place for the weekend.

Tomorrow morning I have my last summer school TEST

and then....

Granted I will only have 2 weeks before regular nursing classes start back up but I am going to enjoy these last 2 weeks of summer!

Things I have planned until Fall Semester of Nursing school starts:

• 1 week trip to Boston
• possible short trip to the beach
• read new Stephanie Meyer's book
• read Eat, Pray, Love
• Visit family (especially my Mom)
• Get a massage
• Go shopping for fun back to school items
• Relax EVERYDAY -- NO stress!

Today is going to be terrible trying to cram study for my test tomorrow... but once its over, I am going to be sooooo happy!
