That happened to my daughter. A friend googled how to fix it and helped her restart it.

Oh my goodness! That is so hilarious! Who would ever wait that long? Just kidding! Anyway, better have it checked with the experts or better yet, return it in case there is still a warranty for it. Thanks a bunch for sharing your funny experience. It made me laugh, honestly.
